Advanced technology:
The capacitor integrates three independent units of each phase. Each unit uses metallized polypropylene film as the insulating material. The special film coating design and edge reinforcement design make the capacitor have good self-healing ability and high current suppression ability.
The innovative vacuum infusion technology can ensure that the capacitor has good thermal stability and heat dissipation.
When the capacitor is subjected to overvoltage or nearing the service life, the internal components of the capacitor will continue to undergo breakdown-self-healing cycles until the components are destroyed. This process will cause the internal pressure of the capacitor to continue to increase. In order to prevent the increasing pressure from causing the capacitor shell to rupture, an overpressure protection device is installed inside the capacitor. By releasing the internal pressure, the connection between the end cap and the component is disconnected, preventing the current from flowing, thereby preventing the capacitor from exploding due to overload or overheating.
The capacitor has a built-in discharge resistor, which enables the capacitor to discharge itself after leaving the grid to ensure life safety.
